Brad leads bank, credit union, CMBS, and life company executions, and built his early career at Meridian Capital Group.

Vassu Anand
More than eight years in commercial real estate finance and underwriting. Vassu supports structuring, due diligence, and underwriting across every loan type and asset class the desk touches, pairing institutional-grade analysis with AI-assisted underwriting workflows that move deals faster. He came up through valuations and advisory at Newmark and holds a graduate finance diploma from the London School of Economics.
